SOOC Bubble Pop
Just uploading this as SOOC (Straight Out Of the Camera). It's my favourite bubble capture. It's a good example of how little I edit these bubble shots, i.e. it's clear and colourful from the outset.
I've seen a few blogs that question the extent of photoshopping in my work. The point is that I do lift light a little in my edited shots, because it gives the shot a punch and impact. But you can see from the original that I don't do much. It's all there from the beginning.
(P.S. As of Oct 2011, I know that this photo is receiving quite a lot of attention, so I've uploaded it as the full size original. There's no point in people critiquing this photo if they're just looking at a very dimished version. Feel free to look at the LARGE size. It's good for it.)
