Blockletter logo, long bar on the G, scratched mold numbers - Norwegian brown
The mold seems to be the same as the "blockletter logo, long bar on the G, scratched mold numbers" bricks that are found in Denmark. I believe this mold moved to Norway when LEGO introduced bricks with the Dogbone logo.
