Pont Wilson Tours France

The Wilson Bridge, built between 1765 and 1778, is the oldest bridge in Tours. Composed of 15 arches, it is 434 meters long and spans the Loire River.

It is named after Woodrow Wilson (1856-1924), the 28th President of the United States, and a key player in World War I as an ally of France. The bridge was therefore named after this president in 1918.
