While hoping the MNNR job would go down to 35W, I ascertained that a Z and a ballast train with a KCS leader would soon be coming through Dinkytown. West Hump got the Z over to main 2, and then got the ballast train out of Van Buren for a clean run on main 1. A pair of Belles run past the new rustic- and earthy-toned apartments, seen from the nice northside view at East Minneapolis.
