Charles Butler

This is the picture my Great Aunt Lou (Louisa) Butler included in the memorial she published in his memory after his death at Gallipoli. She kept a sort of shrine to him on her mantlepiece. I remember looking at it each time I visited her as a very young boy with my father. She received us whilst reclining on her chaise longue in her living room!!
