Abilities: Enhanced limb strength, massive cybernetic arm with crushing hammer head, enhanced vision and technical readout from cybernetic eye attachment.
Backstory: Adams came to New Block city after being selected to be part of a secret government cyborg project. The government and military scientists designed for him an advanced cyborg exoskeleton, and put him into service as a kind of super soldier. Adams was rewarded for his efforts, and after a time, retired from the military service as a hero. But he kept the exo-suit and continued to fight crime around the streets of New Block City as HammerHand.
