LCC - Seeking Adventure
My A1 MOC for the Hero's guild.(Continuing the story)
After a week at the army camp, Sir Ian Ferguson began to grow restless. He knew that since he had ben knighted, there had been little opportunity to gain experience and hone the skills he knew would be needed for the battles to come. He eventually came to the decision to ride out and seek adventure until the time came for conquest.
One evening he informed his men of the decision. "I will need a companion, though. I would request that Bjorn come with me, as you have the most experience besides Hamish, and his tactical skills and leadership abilities will be of use to the army while we're away." The men readily agreed. "I will rejoin you when the time comes for battle. Don't worry, news travels fast in Roawia."
The following morning Sir Ian and Bjorn, having packed and readied their gear, were accompanied by Connor, Sven, and a couple other men to see them off. As they crossed a makeshift bridge over a dried out creek bed, their companions bid them fare well. "Good luck!"said Sven. "And may the journey prepare you for the confrontation," added Connor.
As the 2 men rode off into the chilly northern morning air, they looked back for last glances of their friends before an adventure.
