Water weenie riding!!

The boat, with attachment rack and pulling a water weenie. This represents a particular fond memory from summer camp, and the minifig driving is one of the counselors who was famous for being a maniacal driver. Normally there would be about 10 other people riding, but I din't have the minifig parts to make them.
