This is Lurtz, from the Lord of the Rings series of books by J.R.R Tolkien and movies by Peter Jackson, who is one of the orc leaders and the (Spoiler) slayer of Boromir. He's built in a style I call BrickCharacter that I made up, although I'm sure someone else has done something like it. My sisters have made Kili, Tauriel and Legolas, who's love triangle they are more than slightly obsessed with=)
