Guarded caravan ambush-part 1

Sir Charles and Sir Andrew of Dannegard had been tasked with guarding a carriage containing a large chest of gold, which was being returned to King Harrison after lending it out. Along the way, though, they had to pass through an area of forest known for being rampant with outlaws, thus, the 2 knights, 2 archers, and 2 men at arms armed with javelins and swords accompanied them as a guard. Little did they know that trouble awaited them around the next bend….
