When I took this photo the obviously green and peeling paint is what caught my attention, but after reviewing the photo I noticed someone had scratched something onto the door. I'm not positive but i do believe it says 'Guilty'. Whether it was a joke or a message I can only imagine what the story is behind the reasoning.
