Dit is moeder Bangka (10 jaar oud) en haar Faya (geboren op 20 juli 2010), op de foto ongeveer 2 weken oud. Het kalf is in Diergaarde Blijdorp (Rotterdam) buiten geboren en het woog toen 75 kg. Moeder en dochter maken het prima.
This is mother Bangka (10 years old) and her calf (born July 20, 2010), about 2 weeks old on the photo. The calf was born outside in Rotterdam Zoo (Blijdorp) and at that time it weighed 75 kg. Mother and daughter are doing fine.
