Here's a Dark-eyed Junco in our yard in the snow. It's a small bird that's a type of Sparrow. And he's very cute!! ;-))

 

They're mostly hopping around on the ground eating and they eat from the hanging baskets of food I put out there. But they do NOT use the bird feeders! Just what falls to the ground under them.

 

Dark-eyed Juncos live mostly in Canada, but come to the rest of North America for the winter. Welcome to New Jersey. lol.. ;-)
