F-4E 526th TFS

Soesterberg, 24 July 1984.

 

Ramstein Phantoms taking off from Soesterberg airbase. 68-0411 and 68-0526 belonged to 526th Tactical Fighter Squadron.

 

411 was lost in 1995 while on a flight from Holloman AFB (New Mexico). The F-4 went into a flat spin and crashed south of Roswell (NM). Both crew ejected safely
