MiG-21SPS

Holzdorf, 27 August 1990.

The MiG-21SPS-K (NATO: Fishbed-F) was a second generation type of MiG-21. The East Germans called their PFM's SPS's. And when the jet had wiring for a canon, the type was SPS-K.

Only Jagdfliegergeschwader 1 (JG-1) at Holzdorf still used some of these in frontline servise in 1990.

572 became 22+07 in the Bundeswehr and was scrapped.
