The last time I saw a Pheasant was 9 years ago at Bombay Hook NWR in Delaware. Today, while waiting for the Harrier's to fly by, 6 Pheasant's crossed the service road. This handsome fella' paused for a few seconds and hammed it up for me. I only wish the Harrier's were as accommodating.
