Disk Rebuilding Example - Back Side
This is the back side of the same two disks that are in the other photo. Again, the original is on the left, and the exact replacement that I made is on the right. Note that the solder links that I was able to find don't have the non-rotation ears on them, so I used a slightly thicker phenolic base, cinched the rivets down tight enough so that they can't move, and soldered the links to the rivets to keep them from rotating around and shorting against each other.
