So, are NCT waiting so they can replace all the larger single decks with the new electrics in one go, or on a route-by-route basis as vehicles are prepped and staff trained? I kind of expected the red line pair to be on the road by now, but as for the moment the good old E200s are still at it on the 50.
By chance I got 391 in a fairly decent view as it came down Maid Marian Way on 30.9.23, in one of the rare occasions I've spotted a red 50 just out and about in the city. I'm disappointed that these red Enviro 200s are going to be displaced after not even two years, since they look fantastic in this livery, yet the infrequency of the 50 means I've barely seen anything of them! Shame, as I think red line is the best livery any of the NCT Enviro 200s have carried.

Many thanks to Flickr for screwing up on "adding to albums and groups" again, yet another issue they can't be bothered to fix. Really enjoyed manually adding all the photos again.
Supposedly this crap is worth £60 a year...
