46045 (D182) Butterley Reservoir
The signalman looks on and the platelayer signals to the driver of 46045 as it powers by with an express passenger service, while a DMU on a local stopping service shuttles off into the background...
...in real life 46045 - currently carrying it's D182 identity - is at a standstill and the whole cameo was organised by EMRPS. The loco and train is positioned over the reservoir, it's arrival taking a couple of fishermen by surprise who thought the last train of the day had long gone!
The DMU just happened to be stored there and had 'Bedford' and a 2H11 headcode written on the front (or back as it is here)
