Red Wattlebird (Anthochaera carunculata)

 

While I was wandering in the front garden looking for insects I noticed a pair of Wattlebirds feeding in the Mugga Ironbark (Eucalyptus sideroxylon) tree across the street. I was able to get close enough to get a couple of shots with the macro lens.
