Lerping

White-plumed Honeyeater (Lichenostomus penicillatus)

This one was eating lerp from the leaves of a Eucalypt Tree.

For those unfamiliar - In biology, a lerp is a structure of crystallized honeydew produced by larvae of psyllid bugs as a protective cover. Many of our native birds use lerp as a food source.
