Latch closeup

As the doors are only an inch thick and can't really latch the way a normal door does, I put up magnetic cabinet latches- the same ones you find in most kitchens. THis way I also didn't have to put up door stop (that thin strip that goes around the inside of the frame for the door to go against).

 

Note that one panel is folded flat against the other. This is why I used the piano hinge. The other nice part about that is that I didn't have to mortise the hinge plates into the doors and frame, which would have been a major pain.
