The fixing of a bad bike lane

Thank goodness, the one terribly-conceived stretch of the bike lane on Manhattan's Broadway is finally getting fixed. I and others suggested to DOT that they swap the locations of the bike lane and the pedestrian plaza. That's not exactly what they're doing, but this change--moving the bike lane to the entirely other side of the street--is probably just as good or better.
