From a Tripadvisor note; "In the summer months, I rainbow begins to form in the mist of the Lower Falls at 9:50 AM and continues to intensify until about 10:00 AM when viewed from Artists Point. When viewed from the Lower Falls Overlook on the North side, the rainbow begins to form at 9:30 AM and intensifies until about 9:45 AM."
