X-T4 "Turn Camera Off and On Again" Error
Having issues with an error on the X-T4. "Turn Camera Off and On Again" has been happing for more than a year, more frequent now.
Sent it in twice to have it fixed, but the depot can't get the error to replicate. The camera needs to be bounced around on a walk! If it's sitting around the house it has never failed.
I have tried different batteries, different cards, different lenses, resting the camera to the factory settings, updated the firmware, happens in both Mechanical and Electronic Shutter, and without a lens (shoot without lens selected in the menu),
Pardon my hacking, the smoke from the forest fires in Jasper is wicked.
Edit Sept. 23/22 Fuji Canada Repair has replaced my camera. Amazing customer service considering it was no longer under warranty. Now that I have a replacement I'm suspecting there was much more that was wrong with the camera than I was aware of. I didn't use the video mode much, almost always got overblown highlights that might not been user error.
