Megatron, Modified for War

biocup 2023 prelim entry, the idea behind the name and stuff is to elude to the origin for Megatron I like the most being his origin in the IDW comic line where he started out more like a construction vehicle who got into pit fighting, then freedom fighting, then establishment of tyrannical rule fighting.
