Leeds Castle

The section on the left (the “Keep” or “Gloriette”)dates from the 1200s. The clock tower (flag flying) from the 1400s. The bridge corridors were rebuilt in the C19; the main building (“New Castle”) was erected in 1822 on the site of an earlier building.
