Sometimes in life our plans simply don't fall into place our hopes and expectations are simply shredded and thrown to the wind. Yet so often despite this we find ourselves having our eyes opened and reminded that life is not about following a set plan or working to a prefixed notion of what works or is expected of us. This image is a prime example of life. I was expecting a good aurora display turned up as darkness fell and hung about all night long looking to the sky. It never appeared my hopes dashed my expectations never materialised. But then as the first light of dawn appeared my eyes widened for I was rewarded with a sunrise that took my breath away, put a smile on my face and reminded me that it is life itself that is precious every second every moment shared and every single step we take. Keep safe keep well and most importantly keep on being you.
