Bald Eagle takes Goose, Pintail Marsh, Marion Co., OR_3782(2)
An adult Bald Eagle hazed the birds sitting on Pintail Marsh and then focused on the Cackling Goose that did not fly with the rest of the waterfowl. The eagle made several passes but the tiring (and probably sick or injured) goose managed to get under water at each try. As the eagle made its final pass the goose surfaced and, while still distracted by its attacker, was grabbed by a second Bald Eagle.
