I hike only the most popular spots. OK, this IS a popular spot. Thus all the parking space. Just not so much in November. Which is not the fault of the spot or November. From my yurt base, I came here to Oswald West State Park, OR, to check out the beach and hike up first Neahkahnie Mountain, then Cape Falcon.
