Army 110
This diminutive 48hp Ruston & Hornsby shunter was used to shunt at factories where there were only a few wagons. Built in 1958 with works number 411319 it eventaully ended up at the Army Transport Museum in Beverley until it closed in 2005 and it was donated to the Cottesmere Ironstone Museum before being loaned to the Waverley Route Heritage Trust in 2011. Initailly planned to return to Leicestershire it has now been purchased by the Waverley Heritage Trust and was their first operational locomotive to run on the relaid railway at Whitrope.
