"California Dreaming" - "I'd be stuck in traffic, If I were in LA"
LA area (downtown and southern suburb) map showing light to moderate (for a weekday morning) freeway traffic. Only 1 accident - on I-710!!
I-5, I-10, I-110 and US 101 (near top) heading into downtown are at a standstill, as usual. Further south I-5, I-710, I-105, and CA 91 are blocked with above capacity traffic, as usual. CA 91, which never gets anywhere near Downtown, is creeping at under 20 MPH in the Bellflower area -- the "carpool" lane is actually slower than the unrestricted lanes. This is despite being in a continuous state of "upgrade" for over 20 years.
