1970s - The Carter Years - "Aaargh" - "Not even worthy of sarcasm"

A cheaply made intentionally shoddy Z movie released in the closing days of the Jimmy Carter administration. Variety wrote that the film "isn't even worthy of sarcasm." The same could be said for Carter.
