Decaleur prototype

I bought a decaleur quick release to mount my front rack bag BUT it didn't fit . . . so I made my own based on a Gilles Berthoud design. This is made from mild steel to test out the design, but the real one will be in stainless. Now how much does that fillet pro cost. . . .?
