Milky Way at Rosedale Abbey

A recent failed attempt to capture the Persieds meteor shower, ended up producing my first real visible shot of the Milky Way.

The 'tunnel' at the bottom of the shot is an abandoned calcining kiln from the old mine shaft.

My torch light can be seen projecting out of the top of the kiln
