Easy does it. Duns. Walking long – fields green alive and walking through and over iron worlds of ancient hill forts, inaccessible castles and lofty peaks.

Blasted treescapes – storms leave a destructive trail, the boggy underfoot undermines the lofty overhead. There will be fallen.

But these days, who is in there to hear amongst the cacophony of distraction?

A Heron stalks a distant bank.

Trees down in their might numbers, forces us to take a new path. The changing weather forces us all to tack.
