De Stausee Gibidum is een stuwmeer gelegen in de vallei van de Massa gevoed door het smeltwater van de Aletschgletsjer in de zuidelijke Berner Alpen in het kanton Wallis in Zwitserland.

 

De bouw van de Gibidumdam begon in 1964 en werd voltooid in 1967.

De oppervlakte bedraagt 0,21 km² en doorheen het stuwmeer loopt de gemeentegrens tussen de gemeenten Naters en Riederalp.

The Gibidum Dam is a reservoir located in the Massa Valley, fed by the meltwater of the Aletsch Glacier in the southern Bernese Alps in the canton of Valais, Switzerland.

 

Construction of the Gibidum Dam began in 1964 and was completed in 1967.

Its surface area is 0.21 km², and the municipal boundary between the municipalities of Naters and Riederalp runs through it.
