Tempio Pausania is a town of about 14,000 inhabitants in the Gallura region of northern Sardinia, Italy, in the province of Sassari. The historical centre of the town is dark and built in grey granite blocks. The region is famous for is carneval and for the cork production.

 

Tempio Pausania ist das historische und geographische Zentrum der Gallura und auch das Zentrum der Korkindustrie / Verarbeitung. Eine schöne, etwas düstere Altstadt, bekannt auch für die Karnevalumzüge.
