The Journal
This is from a series of test shots I took the last week whilst home with the COVID. I decided to wait till everyone else had had it first, before I gave it a try. SMH Fortunately, my worst symptoms were headaches and loss of taste. If I hadn't tested, I wouldn't have known I was sick. I have more plans for this group of props, plus some others I have been collecting. Maybe even a story to go along. Oh, the image, and the handwriting in the journal are by one of my students. I paid her $20 Canadian to copy three of my poems and add some artwork. She's the daughter of one of my very first students from way back. I'll be heading back to work on Tuesday, with about 7 more teaching days left in the school year. Some of you may recognize the poem in the journal. I've used it before.
