Sour Note
So, my boss and I were gonna deconstruct an upright grand piano on the second floor, a couple months ago, but, something messed up the plan. The other day she texts me and tells me to bring my crowbar, on Wednesday, and we would deconstruct it after work. That's fine. We had to do it after work so the piano huggers wouldn't try to set up a barricade. lol. Today, I brought my power drill/driver, reciprocating saw, bits, and ratchets, prepared to work with my boss. After about 10 minutes, she says, she is gonna go call the HVAC people to come check the unit for that room, because it was warm and stuffy. I said, ok. Thought she'd be back in five minuets. She never came back. lol. All I could think of was, "Had a wife and kids in Baltimore, Jack, I went out for a ride, and I never went back". Lol.
