Right Side Down

I’m given to vicious introspection

Eating like some virulent infection

Bit by bit, devouring from within

Like it knows my every secret sin

Condemning, and rebuking again, and, again

 

I’m standing here in one place

Of the dreams there seems no trace

Colours into colours twirling

Songs, and questions, incessantly burning

No panacea my heart is stirring

The world is right side down

Done
