The Banks, a new building on the site of the old Riverfront Stadium and next to Great American Ball Park - October 10, 2010.
This building seems to have taken forever to build - they were pouring concrete on the street level late in the 2009 ball season. By contrast, the new Western & Southern Life Insurance building, a huge high-rise on the other side of the freeway, has been almost completed in essentially the same time frame.
