Popocatepe (aka "nacho fries") from Chino Latino. I forgot to take a picture before we dug into it and took a bunch of the pico de gallo off of it, so it's a bit unbalanced in color. We order this with all the dairy on the side for people who want those items. This picture shows pico de gallo, black beans and guacamole. I add copious amounts of hot sauce and I also eat these with chopsticks because, well, everything should be eaten with chopsticks.
