This place is George Town, Penang, Malaysia..famous for it's vibrant street art including the"Children on a Bicycle" mural by Lithuanian Artist Ernest Zacgareu\vic, which is part of the street art project "Mirrors George Town" commissioned by the Penang Municipal Council in 2012.
