Chiang Mai & Around

I have been to Chiang Mai twice – once on my first trip to Thailand as a tourist and once with my Thai wife a few years later when I had moved to Thailand. On both occasions I saw little of the city itself On my first trip I arranged day trips out from my hotel and on the second we drove out to visit a few places near the city.
