Som Tam in Tock’s Roadside Lao Restaurant/Café

My wife decided to open a roadside restaurant/café and found a very good location on one of the roads into the town in which we live (Banchang, Rayong, Thailand). She specialised in Lao food which is popular throughout Thailand. Here she is seen making Som Tam which is a spicy salad made with shredded unripe green papaya. It is of Laos origin but is popular throughout Southeast Asia and a major part of the Thai diet.
