Cooking Over Charcoal In Tock’s Lao Restaurant/Cafe

My wife decided to open a roadside restaurant/cafe and found a very good location on one of the roads into the town in which we live (Banchang, Rayong, Thailand). She specialised in Lao food which is popular throughout Thailand. Much of the cooking was done over charcoal as seen here.
