Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben)
It has never been correct to call the Clock Tower at Westminster Big Ben. Big Ben is the name of the largest of 5 bells which hang within the clock tower. The correct name for the tower is now Elizabeth Tower which is a name it was given in honour of Queen Elizabeth during her Diamond Jubilee Year 2012.
