Early 1970s. I have no notes for this photograph but I do know it was taken on The Dart Valley Railway (now the South Devon Railway) I assume it was taken at either Ashburton before the line was truncated or at Buckfastleigh. (It's Buckfastleigh - see comment from 21c101 below)
