Daffodils at Appleby

Saturday 17th April 1993 and daffodils on the bank of the River Eden at Appleby.

 

Today with my father, uncle and cousin I enjoyed an excellent Cheshire Rail Tours excursion which included a run over the Settle & Carlisle Railway. We stopped at Appleby long enough to take some photos there including a couple of the River Eden.
